1. Can I make the content to Each POI as long as I want?
yes there is no limit to the information package, you can maybe make a short introduction text , but then make videos, they can watch partly in the zoo
and maybe the rest at home, when they have more time, and therefore making the visit a longer visit.
2. Will the visitor have to download the app every time they visit a institution?
No, if they have downloaded it ones, next time they come to a new attraction they just start up the App again and it will do the rest.
3. Can I link to our own zoo website where most of our information is stored already?
Yes , you can link from the POI to all different location on the web.
4. Can I send pictures direct from the App to my social media account?
No, not now, but we are making updates to the APP and it will be in one of the next updates.
5. Can I both have a indoor and a outdoor map in my attraction?
Yes, it is no problem, and the visitor will be able to jump between both of them without being there.
6. Can the visitor see the content of our aquarium when home, without being there?
Yes, so now you have the possibility to give the visitor all the information about the animal they do not have time to read/watch while they are in the zoo.
Also maybe making small videos on what happen backstage around each animal, what are the daily routines around each animal.
And also plan the visit more, so they for instance can see when their favourite animal is being feed, and they come that day.
7. Is this the final version of the program/App?
No, we are updating the program 3-4 times pr. year, with different updates and new features, that zoo aquariums and museums has requested.
8. Is all the content hosted in the cloud and locally with us or is any with you?
All the content is hosted in the cloud at the Microsoft sever system Azure, there is at a website server, and all video and pictures at a dedicated picture and video server
